A Sando is a Japanese sandwich that is part of the yōshoku food group, which is Western-inspired Japanese food. The word "sando" is short for "sandoitchi", the Japanese word for sandwich.
Our Sando features a panko chicken butterfly sandwiched between Japanese milk bread with an Asian inspired slaw and choice of homemade sauce.
